You improve and automate existing business procedures in different digital tools used in the global Product Lifecycle Management Process. Having elaborated the requirements for their digital integration and transformation, you create highly automated solutions to increase overall efficiency in development value streams. Your ability to visualize process flow and related KPIs helps our business to increase clarity and alignment.
How you will make an Impact:
- Maintain and improve digital processes within our PLM Research & Development process landscape to enhance efficiency through digitalization and automation.
- Manage data from multiple data sources such as Azure DevOps, Planview (OnePM), Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform to generate key performance indicators of the business process (e.g. on-time delivery of development results).
- Reduce the manual processing effort of relevant data for our R&D process by task automation.
- Support the AGILE transformation with adequate process digitalization and visualization (KPIs).
- Support the design architecture of new, more efficient, digital processes and tools according to the Digital Governance Office.
- Promote digital solutions and new tools and features across R&D organization.
- Train the users on new tools, digital processes and features and collect feedback.
- Coach project teams within PLM to secure successful implementation and application.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best methodologies to enhance process digitalization.
What you Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or computer science.
- Very good knowledge of R&D business processes that means ideation, definition, realization (industry/ systems background).
- Experience in a similar role that includes Data Analyst/ Business Ops Analyst/ BI Developer.
- Excellent Alteryx programming skills.
- Programming and visualization of data in BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative ways for improving the existing processes.
- Proven expertise in project management with a strong capability to coordinate and lead multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to work both independently and to collaborate effectively with team members as well as with various internal and external partners.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills; German is a plus.
