Description:
Utility Talent Exchange is a new freelance platform built specifically for the electric utility and clean energy sector. We connect experienced utility professionals with remote, flexible, part-time projects that match the work they already excel at. This includes rate design, load forecasting, electrification planning, regulatory analysis, engineering studies, customer programs, and more. Whether a utility needs quick help on a specialized task or support for ongoing initiatives, we link them with qualified experts ready to deliver.
We are currently inviting our first group of utility and clean energy professionals to join the platform ahead of our launch with our initial utility partners later this summer. This is an opportunity to take on flexible, remote work on your own schedule while helping shape a new service designed specifically for this industry.
Who we’re looking for:
- Professionals with experience at utilities, co-ops, public power agencies, or related consulting and vendor firms
- All levels welcome, from early-career to decades of expertise
- Ideal for individuals seeking smaller, flexible projects that fit around their current roles or personal commitments
Compensation:
Pay is based on your skills and experience and is intended to align with the hourly rates you are accustomed to earning in your current or past roles.
Details:
- Remote, flexible work, typically 5-20 hours per week
- Launching later this summer with our initial utility partners
- Limited to 20 professionals for the first phase to balance demand and ensure strong matches with utility needs
