2032 arrives in 2028

Julian Aditya, TenneT’s asset specialist for HVDC and AC switchgear, gave us two numbers in the same interview (p.80). The first: the EU’s phase-out of SF₆ in new switchgear on a tiered schedule, with the highest voltage classes coming last. For the class of equipment he deals with, the deadline is 2032.
