USA, Arkansas, North Little Rock: Eaton has announced an investment of more than $242 M to build a new manufacturing facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
The 9,300 m2 (1 million sq ft) plant is expected to double US manufacturing capacity for customised modular electrical enclosures produced by Eaton’s Fibrebond business. The equipment is used across data centre, utility, industrial and digital communications applications.
Eaton expects the facility to create more than 1,200 manufacturing, electrical and operations jobs, with technical training and workforce development programmes planned for employees.
The investment follows Eaton’s acquisition of Fibrebond in April 2025 and continued expansion of the business’s existing operations in Minden, Louisiana, where production capacity has doubled over the past three years.
The Arkansas facility is intended to increase domestic manufacturing capacity as demand grows for modular electrical infrastructure that can be deployed more quickly across data centres and other power-intensive projects.
Eaton reported revenues of $27.4 B in 2025 and operates across electrical, industrial, aerospace and mobility markets.
