UK: Dacke Industri has announced the appointment of Carl Buddery as the new Chief Executive Officer of Tufcot Engineering Ltd, effective from 1 July 2026.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience across engineering and manufacturing, Buddery has built an impressive career specialising in composite materials and high-performance bearing solutions. Since joining Tufcot Engineering Ltd, he has made a significant contribution to the company’s technical development, commercial performance and customer partnerships.

Throughout his career, Buddery has held a range of senior leadership positions, developing expertise in business management, engineering, international sales and strategic growth. His blend of technical knowledge and commercial insight positions him well to guide the company through its next stage of development.

As part of the leadership transition, Greg Majchrzak is stepping down as CEO after many years of dedicated service. He will remain with the business as Business Support Manager, ensuring his extensive knowledge and experience continue to benefit both the company and its customers.
