India, Rajasthan, Jaipur: RMC Switchgears Limited has appointed Manisha Godara as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term from 2 March 2026 to 1 March 2031.
The appointment was approved by shareholders through a postal ballot conducted via remote e-voting, with 99.99 % of valid votes cast in favour. The resolution received 50,35,711 votes supporting it and 375 votes against.
The voting process was carried out through the Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) platform with results declared on 25 May 2026 at the company’s corporate office in Jaipur.
Godara was first appointed as an Additional Director on 2 March 2026 before being confirmed as an Independent Director. The company has also received her declaration confirming compliance with independence requirements under applicable regulations.
