Finland: Finnish power distribution manufacturer Norelco is expanding its footprint across the Nordic countries, driven by strong growth and the accelerating green transition. Headquartered in Savonlinna, the company develops and manufactures tailored systems for the energy, industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors, and currently employs over 250 professionals.
CEO Ari Hämäläinen highlights that demand for renewable energy and electrified solutions is transforming multiple industries. “To meet this growth, we are internationalizing and investing in our people, production capabilities, and digital infrastructure,” he explained.

Its flagship products include the NorMega withdrawable MV switchgear, NorMax modular MV units, NorPower 5000 motor control centers, NorLine 800 low-voltage switchboards, and NorUnit E-House substations.
“Our systems are built to withstand the toughest conditions and are designed around each customer’s specific needs,” Hämäläinen said. “We are proud to be a close and trusted partner in the Nordic region.”
