RESA Power expands into Ontario with the acquisition of Commercial Switchgear Limited and Commercial Switchgear Service, Inc.

Canada, Ontario, Toronto: RESA Power, LLC, a power systems electrical testing, transformer services, and life extension solutions company, has announced the acquisition of Commercial Switchgear Ltd. and Commercial Switchgear Service Inc. (CSL).
Located in Toronto, Ontario, CSL specializes in electrical design, engineering, and the supply of low and medium voltage power and control systems. Since 1978, CSL has also provided expert electrical field services.
With this acquisition, RESA Power strengthens its engineering capabilities and gains expertise in Eastern Canada’s low and medium voltage power systems. The move also establishes a key base in the Greater Toronto Area for expanded electrical field services.
