Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, has introduced the EasyPact Solar MCCB range, designed to meet the growing demand for reliable and sustainable switchgear solutions in renewable energy applications.

As the energy sector shifts toward net-zero goals, challenges arise in managing rising electricity demand and ensuring switchgear can handle higher voltages. With limited options for 800 V switchgear in the market, the EasyPact Solar MCCB stands out with a wide operating range from 125 A to 800 A and breaking capacities of up to 50 kA, enhancing Schneider Electric’s portfolio of solar MCCBs, ACBs, and SDs.

Featuring industry-leading dielectric strength with an insulation voltage of 1250 V, the MCCB ensures safety in high-voltage renewable applications. It supports performance under higher LV voltages, making it ideal for photovoltaic and solar power systems. The MCCB efficiently handles 800 V AC conversion from 1500 V DC solar panel output, facilitating integration with inverters, step-up transformers, and the grid.

Engineered for durability and reliability, the EasyPact Solar MCCB caters to inverter manufacturers, panel builders, and energy customers. It includes remote operation, safety accessories, compact design, and indoor/outdoor usability, ensuring seamless installation and long-term performance.
