Tigo Energy is scaling up to meet the growing demand for advanced monitoring and operations management in both utility-scale and distributed solar systems. Originally known for its panel-level optimizers, Tigo now offers a fleet-level platform delivering real-time, module-specific insights for solar asset management.

As the U.S. solar market matures, millions of systems, large and small, require effective operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions. While high-cost SCADA systems serve major utility installations, Tigo aims to deliver similar capabilities for smaller and mid-scale arrays at a fraction of the cost.

Tigo’s Green Glove Support Program, launched in 2023, assists installers throughout a project’s life cycle, from design to long-term maintenance. Its tools provide system layout views, powerflow charts, and fault diagnostics, reducing manual troubleshooting and avoiding costly site visits.

The company integrates weather and solar generation data to help O&M teams identify performance drops due to environmental vs. technical causes. Features like equipment health summaries and automated RMA tracking simplify asset management.

With millions of devices deployed globally, Tigo’s approach focuses on making solar systems more resilient, efficient, and scalable, helping businesses boost uptime, reduce errors, and maximize returns.
